Missing Certification on Learn.microsoft.com Profile

Dear Microsoft Learn Support Team,

I recently missed the renewal assessment deadline for my SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect certification and therefore could not take the renewal assessment in time. As a result, I retook the full exam and successfully passed it.

The passed exam now appears in my Microsoft Learn profile history, and I also meet all the prerequisite certifications required for SC-100. However, the certification itself still shows as expired in my profile instead of being updated to active. 

Could you please review this issue and help ensure that my certification status is updated accordingly?
