Microsoft Learn and Microsoft Tech Community Profiles - Merge request

Hi all,

I hope you are all well. Don't you think the "Microsoft tech community" profiles and the "https://learn.microsoft.com/" one could benefit from being merged? By doing so, we will help bridge between the "community management activities", the "current topic of interest", and the "certifications". 

It could also help harmonize the badges on all platforms.

To some extent, and later down the road, we could do the same for the MVP portal and merge it down to something that will, in the end, be only one central platform for 

• learning
• community
• certifications
• awards
• speaking
• events
• etc.
