Issue with Certification not appearing on MS Learn profile
Hi
Reaching out to you as I found that one of my certifications does not appear on my MS Learn profile.
The thing is that originally, I got AZ-400 a few years back. Last year I forgot to do the renewal on November 2024 and got expired.
On February 2025 I decided to retake the exam and obtained the certification.
However, when I see my MS Learn profile, I only see the expired certification. Not the new one.
Can you help me to get the new certification listed on my profile?

The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.
