Exam Certification Transfer from Credly
Hi all,
I passed and received an Azure certification last summer, and was awarded the certification through Credly. However, since Microsoft was removing Credly as a service sometime soon after, I was unable to transfer the certification to my Microsoft Learn account. How do I do that?

The link between Certiport and Microsoft Learn is currently not working. When it is reinstated; your certifications will be transferred. There is no ETA however as to when this will be working again.

Hi Patrick,
To transfer your Azure certification from Credly to your Microsoft Learn account, follow these steps:
Log in to your Microsoft Learn account.
Go to the "Certifications" section.
Look for an option to link or transfer your certification.
Follow the prompts to connect your Credly account or add the certification manuallyhttps://totalnutritionusa.com/
If you're unable to transfer it directly, you might need to contact Microsoft support for assistance.

There is no such option in Microsoft Learn to link or transfer certifications from Credly or anywhere else
Hi Bhatti, I am unable to find a Credly link section in Credentials -> Certifications of my Learn profile.
Is there something I'm missing? If not, what path do I follow to contact support?
Microsoft stopped their partnership with Credly for certifications in June 2023.
Credly do not award certifications. Did you earn your certification through Certiport or Pearson Vue?

The API link between Certiport and Microsoft Learn is not working and there is no ETA. You will just have to wait for the link to be restored. There is nothing that you can do.
