"You don't have permission to view this form"

I'm doing online classes through edsby due to the quarantine. My teacher has us do daily attendance through Microsoft forms;

however, when I try to open the link, it continues to say this. 

This is the link my teacher has put out:

My teacher doesn't know what the issue is.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi Cherryaah

    Get the teacher to go into the form at forms.office.com and in the form settings set anyone with a link can respond.

      But there aren't any options for recording names in the "anyone with link can respond setting" while there are options for recording names in the other 2 choices. Why is it so confusing & buggy?!

        sbr_x64 your teacher will need to add a "Please enter your name" question.
