Yes/No Selection box
Hello,
For a selection box, when i have Yes & No options, is there a way where if a user clicks on "No", a small box pops up to provide justification/reasoning for choosing that option?

Yes, you set up the justification as a question with the long answer toggle selected if you need it. Then you use branching - click on the 3 dots at the top right of Forms and select Branching. So if your question 1 is answered No question 2 appears for them to complete, otherwise it jumps straight to the next question.
