(Work Account) Microsoft Forms Custom Theme Does Not Apply Uploaded Image
All of the images on the forms are missing. If I upload a custom theme image it will display the trash can on the upload tile and the upload tile is gray. It will also display a color captured from the uploaded image, but the background of the form seems to change to a gray color and never the image I uploaded. This happens no matter what image I select even from Bing.
However, if I select a predefined theme that Microsoft has built in then everything will display correctly for that theme.

Try this before contacting Microsoft support:
- Switch Browsers or Use InPrivate Mode
- Check Network Conditions: Try uploading from a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot) to rule out firewall or proxy interference.
- Use OneDrive Uploads: Upload the image to OneDrive first, then select it from there instead of uploading directly.
