With Forms Pro am I able to let others look at the responses ?

Hi,

I have colleagues who I would like to give access to my Forms Pro survey responses.  I know I can share with them for collaborating on the form but not sure I can give them access to the survey responses so I don't have to download the responses and sent them an excel spreadsheet.  Does anyone know if I am able to give access to the survey responses?

I appreciate any insights you can provide.

    Hi Susan,

    If you have given access to your colleagues to that form, they should be able to do the same that you are doing.
    Open the form and click on "Responses" tab and export excel file same way that you are doing.
