Why did my layout change in my Form and can I change it back?

Hello,

For some reason, my Form theme layout was changed to a more modern look (please see attached photos). I'm not complaining about the look, however, the numbering for the questions don't change if you make a question invisible.

Anyone know how I can reverse this?

This is what the new layout turned to. If you can tell, it skips the #5 for the questions. Here is what all of my other Forms look like. This one does not skip question numbers, even when I branch a question to show.

jglose what do you mean by "making a question invisible"? And I don't understand your point about the branching, you have to show a screenshot of the branching for us to identify the problem.

      RobElliott Thanks for getting back.

The problem with the layout is the numbering. From my previous screenshots, you can see how the newer layout shows question #4 and then #6. It skips #5.

Question #5 is actually a question that I unchecked "visible." This is a question I branched to "show" when question #4 is answered "Yes."

In my other Pro Forms, when a question had "visible" unchecked, the next question's number would then change to make the question numbers be in order (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, etc). I don't like how this format is now skipping numbers when the question is not set to visible (ex. from my screenshot; 1, 2, 3, 4, 6).

Is there anyway to return to the previous number or formatting or whatever the term is for it.

      Thank you for help here!
