What is the reasoning for not having forms available in Office 365 E3 tenants?

We have requests for forms use in our by people at our company.  We have an E3 tenant.  Will we hear about expanded use of Microsoft Forms at Microsoft Ignite?

    Hi Eric,

     

    i think it is because powerapps and flow will be a better solution than forms.
