want to create MS form from sharepoint list send email after submitting form

i want to create an MS form from SharePoint list and send notification email after submitting form.

How can we achieve this?

    Rajesh_VSNK it's not possible to create a form FROM a SharePoint list. You can send a forms response TO a SharePoint list via a flow in Power Automate but not the way round that you want to do it.
