Visitor Form for requesting a visit and Approval by company user

shashipatra this isn't possible using only Microsoft Forms, you will need to start learning Microsoft Power Automate, another of the Office 365 apps. And it will also involve a SharePoiont list which will store all the visitor requests and the approval status etc. I'll post screenshots of a flow in Power Automate to manage this as soon as possible.
