User not able to complete full Microsoft Forms

I have created a feedback form using Forms, which incorporates 3 sections and 15 questions. I have shared the link to the survey yet users have only been able to complete up to question 6 (mid-way through section 2), there is no option to progress to the next set of questions and only allows the user to click complete? Any advice on why this may be happening would be sincerely appreciated.
