User name appended to File name in MS Form attachments is supporting only 20 characters

Hello Team,

We are using MS Forms to capture the feedback from users and when users are uploading attachments, We observed that the User Name appended to the attachment file name is limiting the number of characters to 20 and truncating the rest when it is stored in user OneDrive.

Can you please let us know if this is open issue and if so, When can we expect a resolution
