Unable to view the option to add parameters to embed code in Microsoft Forms

Hello,   I am trying to add a custom parameter to a form embed code but in the share option of the form, i do not see any option to add custom parameters as shown in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-u...

Hi nithinvanam 

 

The difference in the name of the entity is because when I first started blogging about Forms Pro, Survey Response was the name of the entity. That was changed by Microsoft at a later time. 

 

If your FLOW is not triggering, but there is a Survey Response in your CDS (D365CE) environment, I would open up a support ticket with Microsoft. I heard of this same issue from someone else yesterday. Perhaps it is a coincidence, but it's worth checking out. Of course, it is always worth checking it again today in case there were FLOW issues yesterday?

Thanks Megan_V_Walker. I have created a support ticket and Microsoft Support has acknowledged it to be an existing issue. However they have not provided an ETA for a fix. I guess we just have to wait. Thank you again for all your inputs.
