Unable to view results on Microsoft Forms after adding additional questions with branching options

To retrieve the responses you received after making changes to your form (such as modifying existing questions, adding new questions or branches, etc.), you can revert those changes. However, please remember to back up any responses you received with the new questions before reverting the changes. Otherwise, you may lose the new responses when you retrieve the old ones.
