Unable to share / collaborate with forms (Sorry, Something went wrong. please try again)

Hi I have created a new survey in forms and pushed out to around 30 people, I have responses and all seems to be working. Except I am unable to share responses / collaborate with other users. I get the  above error message. Any Ideas how I can collaborate with colleagues on this
