Unable to add question while my colleague can

Dear community,

I am unable to add questions to a form I have previously sucesfully worked on, however this stopped working for me a few weeks ago. I have tried multiple browsers. I am not able to add questions to any form. I keep getting the error something went wrong without any further explanation.

Weird thing is my colleagues all seem to be able to add questions to any of the forms.
