Unable to add 'new' data

Hello

I'm helping a colleague out as I'm not very familiar with Excel Forms - she has an existing worksheet and using an excel form to add data however she is on line 392 and the 'new' option is now greyed out? She is in form mode.

Any ideas?

    polkadotanne sorry this is the forum for Microsoft Forms, an Office 365 app, not Excel forms so I doubt you'll get an answer to your question here.
