Two "Other" options appeared on my form stats

Hello community, 

I have set up a form with one question being "Select option" format. The question has an "Other" option, but when checking the stats two "Other" options appear. See photo attached for the background stats and find the form on https://www.gtcs.org.uk/home/contact.aspx.
