Trying to Recover Deleted Form Data

I need to recover this Microsoft Form to its original state at 4:20pm EST July 9th. I duplicated the form and then accidentally revised the wrong Form. Now all the 52 responses with video files are missing and I need those. At 4:20pm EST July 9th it was normal. Form link is below. Thank you for your help here.

    There is no recycle bin or restore function in Forms (a major oversight by Microsoft) so you will need to raise a ticket with them.
