trouble with exporting data

I have a survey in MS-Forms that we are using for satisfaction feedback.  Starting late last week, I am unable to access my data and cannot export the data file anymore.  Hoping someone is able to assist with how to resolve or someone from Microsoft can help me through it.  Much appreciated, thanks.
