Trigger notification when a New Form is created

I am a tenant admin. I want to know when a new Form is being created.

Is there any way in Microsoft Forms to get a notification or trigger when a new Form is created. Flow can be used to trigger when a response is created in a specific Form, but I need to know when the Form is created.
