Translating forms offline

This is still a valid question, almost 3 years after it being posted... I was looking for a machine translation solution but could not find any in Forms, so this is the solution I found:
- Created a PDF of the form by "printing" the form to a PDF
- Opening the PDF in Word
- Translating the Word document using the Word Translate document feature
- Copy pasting the translated text (one question at a time) into a new form.
If there are now better ways, do let me know :-)
