Hello Community I've set up a Microsoft Forms in mutiple languages, so my user can choose the language in which he or she wishes to fill it out. After that, I want to automatically reach out to them with an email when they're done filling out the form. For that, I made a Microsoft Flow. Considering that my form is available in multiple languages is there a parameter that tells me in which language my user chose to fill out the form? So I can send them their mail in the correct language? Thanks in advance!2KViews0likes5CommentsForcing Multilingual Form Link to set the default into secondary language
I tried this and it worked about 6 months ago: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/language-settings-for-microsoft-forms-b282f9aa-0fe4-4290-b1e1-827a8a35ac27 As the reference for force viewing the link into the secondary language by adding "&lang=id" Now I use this trick but it doesnt work like before. I notice that the loading page is already translated correctly, but the form page remain showing the default language. Somebody please help me with this. I have several Forms Pro Surveysthat I will be translating to multiple other languages. I have already translated all of the English text to the other languages in an excel file. Is there an easier way (than hundreds of copy/paste steps) to push the translated text back into the Form? I was expecting/hoping there is an entity in the CDS where I could upload/push the translated text to, but I can't find where the translated text is stored in any entity. Any ideas or suggestions?874Views0likes1CommentTranslating Microsoft Forms and removing fields at the second language of multilingual.

Situation: Multilingual form made with several multiple choice questions. Based on the answers you are forwarded to a next question using branching. Furthermore, the answers for each question are shown in random order. The primary language is Dutch. All questions and answers are translated to English with the option "Multilingual".The form is functioning as it should for the primary language. Issue: Users of the form in English are forwarded to wrong branches / questions based on the answers they have given. A while ago the form was functioning correctly in English, however since a while it is not functioning correctly anymore. When I test this myself, i experience the same problems. When choosing an answer of a multiple choice question and repeatedly refreshing the page, the same Dutch answer remains selected (although the answer appears at different positions because of the random order). When adding"&lang=en-gb" to the weblink, the questions appear in English, as they should. However, when I keep refreshing the page a different answer is chosen each time. Somehow the English translation does not match the right "Dutch" answer. Very frustrating.1.4KViews0likes0CommentsTranslating forms offline
Hi Forms gurus - I have a number of large forms that require translation. The process for translation online is simple, but I was wondering if there was a way to export the primary language of the form in a format that could be translated into a handful of languages offline (through a CSV or Excel or even XLIFF) and that could then be imported back into Forms? Many thanks!555Views0likes0CommentsMulti langual - Multiple selection answers returns the wrong language for the selected values
I have built the Forms in english first. Then french. There are mutliple choice (multi select in my case) answers. However the returned values (in excel, power automate...) are all in the first langued used to build the forms, english in this case. As those values are used as search keys, this makes the forms unusable without postprocessing (ex. creating translation table when none are as we need the french values when using french, and english when using english. Is there a way the get the value in the language the form was fille-out ? IS this a bug ?474Views0likes0CommentsHow to record responses from a multilingual MS form and save them into SP List using Power Automate?
Hello, I am trying to figure out a way to record responses from a Multilingual MS Form (English & French) and record the responses into a SharePoint List using power automate flows. I have the English form working well recording the responses into the list, but how would I go about retrieving the French equivalent questions into the same SharePoint list ? Thank you.487Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Form - Language
