Microsoft Forms interface stuck in Swedish after login – account language is Italian
Hello, Microsoft Forms is displayed in Swedish after I sign in, even though all my language settings are set to Italian (Italy). I have already checked the following: Microsoft account display language: Italian (Italy) Microsoft 365 interface: Italian Microsoft Edge preferred/display language: Italian The issue also occurs in an InPrivate session Before signing in, the Microsoft Forms website is correctly displayed in Italian. Immediately after signing in, the Forms dashboard and editor switch to Swedish. This suggests that the locale/language associated with my Microsoft Forms profile may be incorrectly stored as Swedish on the service side. I have already contacted Microsoft Consumer Support. They confirmed that they cannot access the Microsoft Forms backend or modify the Forms profile locale, and advised me to report the issue here and through the Microsoft Forms feedback function. I also tried the Feedback option inside Microsoft Forms, but clicking it does not open anything, both in normal browsing and InPrivate mode. Could someone please check whether the locale associated with my Microsoft Forms profile can be reset from Swedish to Italian (it-IT)? Försök igen.") About two weeks ago, the live transcription started to become very slow, with text appearing in large chunks instead of line by line. Shortly after that, the Conversation feature stopped working completely. We have tested this on multiple devices and platforms: – Android (several users, including myself) – iOS (tested by a colleague and a user we support) All users experience the same issue — no new conversation can be created. This function is used as a speech-to-text accessibility tool for deaf and hard-of-hearing users, so it is critical for communication support nationally in Sweden.
Persian Font Rendering Issue in Word for macOS – B Nazanin Not Connecting Letters Properly
Hi everyone, I'm encountering a persistent issue with Persian font rendering in Microsoft Word for macOS. When using fonts from the B family—especially the widely used B Nazanin—letters do not connect properly. For example, in words like "خیابان" or "ایران", the characters appear disjointed, breaking the natural flow of Persian script. This issue affects all fonts in the B family, including B Nazanin, B Mitra, B Titr, and others. These fonts are extremely popular and commonly used in Persian-language documents, both professionally and academically. The problem seems specific to Word on macOS, as the same fonts render correctly in Apple’s Pages app, where letter connections are preserved. I’ve tried: Reinstalling and testing multiple versions of B fonts Adjusting language and region settings Enabling complex script support None of these resolved the issue. Request Can Microsoft investigate this rendering inconsistency in Word for macOS? Proper support for Persian script—especially for widely used fonts like the B family—is essential for users in Iran and Persian-speaking communities worldwide. Hi Forms gurus - I have a number of large forms that require translation. The process for translation online is simple, but I was wondering if there was a way to export the primary language of the form in a format that could be translated into a handful of languages offline (through a CSV or Excel or even XLIFF) and that could then be imported back into Forms? Hello Community I've set up a Microsoft Forms in mutiple languages, so my user can choose the language in which he or she wishes to fill it out. After that, I want to automatically reach out to them with an email when they're done filling out the form. For that, I made a Microsoft Flow. Considering that my form is available in multiple languages is there a parameter that tells me in which language my user chose to fill out the form? So I can send them their mail in the correct language? Thanks in advance!
Forcing Multilingual Form Link to set the default into secondary language
I tried this and it worked about 6 months ago: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/language-settings-for-microsoft-forms-b282f9aa-0fe4-4290-b1e1-827a8a35ac27 As the reference for force viewing the link into the secondary language by adding "&lang=id" Now I use this trick but it doesnt work like before. I notice that the loading page is already translated correctly, but the form page remain showing the default language. Somebody please help me with this. Hi, My classic English Qwerty keyboard have gotten stuck on Swedish and I cannot change back to English, making it quite difficult. @now becomes ä as an example. All special characters like ( on key 9 is now ). Left ALT+SHIFT does not change back to English, even though the language on the windows bar changes from SWE to ENG. FYI keyboard at work is a Swedish microsoft keyboard and at home where I am working now is a classic british english keyboard. How do I resolve this so I can easly switch between the keyboard settings on my English keyboard? Much appreciation to any solid solution. Big thanks!
Forms Pro Multilingual
I have several Forms Pro Surveys that I will be translating to multiple other languages. I have already translated all of the English text to the other languages in an excel file. Is there an easier way (than hundreds of copy/paste steps) to push the translated text back into the Form? I was expecting/hoping there is an entity in the CDS where I could upload/push the translated text to, but I can't find where the translated text is stored in any entity. Any ideas or suggestions?
