Transferring Form Ownership from a O365 Group to Another

Hello - My company is going through some departmental restructures and as we were removing user access, we transferred their forms to our application support team's O365 group when we couldn't get a hold of the managers. Unfortunately, some of these forms are very active and we now would like to transfer these to the appropriate O365 group to be managed. We tried simply sharing to the appropriate groups, but they unable to export excel responses as they don't have access to our O365 group where the excel sits.  

I understand there is no UI to transfer from group to another. Is there a way of performing this fix using powershell or some other means?
