Transfer form Ownership to another personal user

I am sorry Microsoft but this is just ridiculous, I can't simply transfer ownership of a form that I don't want to receive the responses on, I just built it... This has to change.
Agreed, Microsoft needs to focus more on making Forms, Lists, and other apps serious professional tools. Limitations like this transfer of ownership issue have been reported for years now and they just don't seem to care. Meanwhile they roll out some new app about every week it seems, half the time it's just another slightly different version of something they already have and both versions are lacking.
