Tracking where Forms responses come from (link or QR code)
Is it possible to see how someone completed a Microsoft form? Whether by clicking the link to complete it or by scanning the QR code to complete it?
christinab1305 no, that's not a feature. You'd either need 2 separate forms or ask the question in the form.
