Team notification of Microsoft Form Submissions

We have created a "survey form" (Microsoft Form) in our private Teams as a tab.

A default daily notification should come as a post in the channel when we submit a survey which was working until 9/2. suddenly notifications no longer appearing. 

Anyone else experience this/known issue recently?

we have created a sample to reproduce as in the attached where "survey 1" Microsoft form was created and we submitted 3 surveys but notifications are not appearing in the Posts of our Team channel
