Table questions Create separate row in excel
Hi,
I have a form where I have some table type questions as shown in the following image. Now when I open the responses in excel for each option in the table the excel has created another column (please see the picture). How to prevent excel in doing these and have these options in a single table.

Microsoft
Microsoft Forms does not support this. You may need to do some work in Excel to transform the original table into the format you require.
