Surveys missing from Forms

Greetings!

I have an end user who recently lost all of her Surveys she created. We have tried looking in her Recycle Bin on the Forms app, looking through OneDrive, and also using different browsers, including Chrome, IE, and Firefox. The forms are completely gone. Can someone assist with recovering these forms?

Customer also states that when she was creating the surveys, it was through Forms Pro, but now it only displays as Forms.
