Survey Resutls
Hi, I have created a survey in Microsoft Forms. Depending on how the respondent answers, I want them to receive a score for each answer (ie I would like it to be automatically calculated based on formulas). They will not able to see the final score until they have submitted the form and I want them to receive their score via email. Can this be done with Forms and, if so, what would be the best way to do this?

Interesting question.
I've not tried this but I would probably look into an option where you would use Flow to sort out the scores.
