Suggestion: Additional Likert Type Options

Currently Likert Type only allows to add radio buttons under an option. 

Current Option: 

It would be great if Likert Type allowed to add drop downs as well for categories to simplify forms like so: 

This would allow to simplify the form into one section where currently you'd need to create multiple sections to address the two options for example.
