SOS, I can not access my surveys in Microsoft Forms

Hi all, 

I cannot access any of my surveys in Microsoft Forms. 
I have tried to access them through different browsers/ change the language to English/ etc., but nothing works. Do you have any suggestions? It's really important to access to those 5 surveys as I need to present a Customer Satisfaction Report in 1 week.

    andrea_celi We had something similar and Microsoft Support was eventually able to recover the Form and make it usage/accessible again. Contact them through your organization.
