"Sorry something went wrong" error
I've been having intermittent troubles with my forms over the past 3 hours or so (and my students are reporting the same error at the moment). Trying to access forms brings back the "Sorry, something went wrong" error page.
Of course, this is happening on the night of a due date. 😐
I'm getting the same error as well, just started this weekend (3/3/19). Not sure from this thread what exactly was done to fix this.
Today we activated Teams for our department and someone asked about using Forms. Nobody here can log into form the page just sits at a spinning loading message
I am also a teacher and having the same issue. I created the form yesterday and am getting error code 631 as of early this morning. Session id: 89246827-fdcf-4597-be7a-93aa5fba3b1c

Microsoft, please help!
Microsoft forms started to work again this morning. But now it's not working again... Is there a problem with Microsoft servers?. Or why is this happening over and over again?
We have been back online since mid afternoon yesterday.
Ok. I've got two surveys that does'nt work. It just says that the server is not responding.... Could there be another problem? I've tried to reach the serveys from several platforms...
This just came back on line for us. Hope everyone else is having some luck.

My surveys still dont work ! What is happening?
- we have experienced the problem with the error code 631, with an important form we needed our insurance companies to fill out. We need your help and steps that we must follow to resolve the issue.
Same issue here but only for a select few lucky ones. Any idea of a fix timetable?

- We are also getting this notice. Any word on what is causing this? Not all of my forms are having this. It just seams like the current shared one.
