MicrosoftFranck_guerin , when the problem started, and which page have you opened? Could any of the pages could be opened without error?

Mhelbien-Adrienn29 Could you pleae try the button named "Sync all responses to a new workbook", in the "..." menu just above the "Open in Excel"? Let me know if it doesn't work for you. :)

Franck_guerin Sounds like the collaborate link of the form has been removed.
Could you please check with the owner if he/she can open the form, create the collaborate link again, and then share you the new link?
