- Feb 02, 2018
Apologize for the service reliability issue . Microsoft Forms team is actively working on investigating this and in the process to identify a proper mitigation plan. We have created a discussion thread (Microsoft Forms - "Something went wrong" Error) to keep you updated. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore the Microsoft Forms service. It's our top priority to get this issue addressed as quickly as possible.
Same for me and all users in my business compagny.
Franck_guerin , when the problem started, and which page have you opened? Could any of the pages could be opened without error?

Privacy and CookiesI have been getting this ever since I tried to use Forms AFTER registering and creating the connection using the template for a survey. I've never been able to get far enough to edit or view anything. It just clocks for several seconds before resolving to this error page. If I click the FormsPro preview button, it clocks indefinitely. - Mhelbien-Adrienn29Mar 26, 2019Copper Contributor

Mhelbien-Adrienn29 Could you pleae try the button named "Sync all responses to a new workbook", in the "..." menu just above the "Open in Excel"? Let me know if it doesn't work for you. :)

Franck_guerin Sounds like the collaborate link of the form has been removed.
Could you please check with the owner if he/she can open the form, create the collaborate link again, and then share you the new link?

Kevin_ADB_Wang it seems that Friday this was ok.
The shared link (I'm not the form's owner)
We have an error : ID de session : c995f76b-e637-4413-80db-7ac703e0927
When I go to https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPage.aspx I have my Forms without problem.
