Just want to check, did you try the sign-out and sign-in? will that help on this issue? We are working on diagnose the root cause, before that, please help to try if this will help to unblock you to use Forms. Thanks

First thing I tried was to log out and back in...

Also tried different browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

It's started working again this morning.

    Franck_guerin , when the problem started, and which page have you opened? Could any of the pages could be opened without error?
