    Apologize for the service reliability issue . Microsoft Forms team is actively working on investigating this and in the process to identify a proper mitigation plan. We have created a discussion thread (Microsoft Forms - "Something went wrong" Error) to keep you updated. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore the Microsoft Forms service. danielle10smith Can you PM me the form id you try to access? You can just paste everything in your browser URL to me

Yao Ke Hello, I am having the same issue:

 

Reponses can be submitted: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=DQSIkWdsW0yxEjajBLZtrQAAAAAAAAAAAANAAS20_ItUNlRVVjcxMzNOVlFWOTVaNVJSQVZQMThRVy4u

 

But I cannot access the edit piece: Microsoft Forms (office.com) 

 

This is the error I am getting:

Sorry, something went wrong
IT policy has disabled the collaboration feature.

    Hi OjasweeRB, the form you shared is under a MSA account, please open the browser in private mode, open the edit link, sign in your personal MSA account( outlook or hotmail), and try again.
