Sorry, something went wrong - Forms

Apologize for the service reliability issue . Microsoft Forms team is actively working on investigating this and in the process to identify a proper mitigation plan. We have created a discussion thread (Microsoft Forms - "Something went wrong" Error) to keep you updated. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore the Microsoft Forms service. It's our top priority to get this issue addressed as quickly as possible.
Would like to share that i just experience similar issue right now and the technical details has this session ID #; b660861e-e5c2-4363-a009-e385221eabd9. Anyone can help?

Could you check with your tenant admin if they enabled the Microsoft Forms for you? It seems you don't have the license.

Seems I have a similar issue as well. I can access Forms sometimes, but the majority attempting to access Forms results in "Sorry, something went wrong".

Same exact problem here. I have an employee that setup a quiz in Forms, sent me the link (set to
“Only people in my organization can respond”) and when I try to open the link I get the same error as above. Admin and checked the tenant per the suggestion above. It was already turned on, but it was turned off, saved, back on, saved. No change, still get the same error. Everyone involved has appropriate licensing.
