Sorry, something went wrong - Forms pro
I have created a new survey in Forms Pro and it keeps giving me the Sorry, something went wrong error every time I try to test it.

If its still not working, can you delete and retry creating a new survey
Best, Chris - Just recently had the same issue. Turned off Forms Pro for my account and it loaded just fine. Did you ever get it figured out on your end?
