Hey all --
I reached out to the Microsoft Forms team to get a response here --
"Did you see this error when you tried to insert poll to Outlook message? The error code (752) means that the user doesn’t have a valid Forms license. The poll scenario is an integrated experience which needs a Forms license to work correctly. Please ask tenant admin to check if the user has a valid Forms license."

EricStarker G'day mate,
Thanks for sharing, here's the problem I'm running into now.
I log into Microsoft and cycle to the Apps & Purchases page to purchase a Forms License, only to get a reply that "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available."
