    Hi Nicholas_DBG,

     

    Yes, we have fixed this problem in one hour yesterday for both Forms production and GCC.

    Forms GCC high will get be fixed soon.

I'm getting this issue as well with a Form I created and own. I can see the Form in my list, but once I go in to review, it displays the error.
