    Hi Nicholas_DBG,

     

    Yes, we have fixed this problem in one hour yesterday for both Forms production and GCC.

    Forms GCC high will get be fixed soon.

hello,i also have problems when accessing a form. The creator said that it was open to everyone but it says that i do not have the permission to access. I have tried with several different accounts, browsers and devices to no avail. I really have to complete this form; I have been trying for several hours now. Can someone help

cnsydn you need to use a link from 'Collect responses' shared by creator, not the same link creator uses.

    Hi Yao Ke 

    We have the same issue with the Forms, it worked fine till today

    we get a Sorry Something went wrong and we can't access the form anymore.

    Yao Ke I tried a Private Tab and it did not help.  Furthermore the Form is also not working for clients, it's only showing 5 questions can be answered instead of 20.

     

    Plus it was working fine until yesterday.....?

    Claudine_Gillard1975 Are you sign-in with your consumer account? Can you try to open a private tab and try again?

    Until today I had full access to Microsoft Forms.  There is one form I use for my business which I create and I send out to clients for completion.  No issues prior to today and now I have this error message.  This is a big problem for me as I have commitments to clients to fulfil that I can't without the form.  PLEASE HELP!!! 🙂
