Share to collaborate form with M365 Guest user does not work

I have created a form within M365 and shared it to collaborate with a guest user (MSA).

The guest (MSA) user shows correctly and they are in my org. The guest is correctly provisioned and can collaborate on Word files etc..

 

When they guest access the link they get the error below. We have tried incognito mode and get the same result.

Any ideas?

    The email should be one of the two in the image (CW or TP). Let the person open his/her Forms with same org account and go to Forms Shared with me. I had the similar case and my solution worked.
