Share Forms Email Templates

Dear Community,

I have created a form and shared it with colleagues for collaboration. I have also created an email template to be used when Sending the form. 

My colleagues are able to access the form, but cannot see the template. How can I 

1. Give them access to the email template

2. Create a a relationship between the form and the email template, so that the correct template is used when sending the form.
