Send reminder email 7 days after completing a form

Hi there,

I am wondering of anyone can help me. I have set up a flow for when an employee fills in a form they are sent an email populated with the answers thy gave on that form which was fine.

I now wish to set up a flow where the same employee gets a reminder 7-14 days after they have completed the form initially to remind them of their answers.

Please help
