Return to sender?

Hello there,

Is it possible:

A generic form that is shared among a team of people, that depending on which member of the team distributes the form, that is who the results go back to? 

I know we can use Flow to populate form results in a SP list as they come in, but if we can't have a return to sender function, I may have to go to another source!

Would like to avoid having one of the questions in the form be e.g. "who sent you this form" and then creating a rule using Flow to notify the sender depending on that response, because this is for prospect information gathering and would like to simplify it for the prospect.
