Responses not showing up

My team is using Microsoft Forms and we have one person sending a survey for each customer. It's been working until yesterday. Two form responses were submitted, according to the people who submitted them, but both forms still show no responses. I checked his OneDrive and there is no Excel workbook shown for Forms. He said he even tried to fill out the form he sent and there is still no responses showing on Microsoft Forms. Please help.
