Remove respondents name from file attachment
I created a form for staff to upload files to get approval and when they submit the form the file gets their name attached to the end of the file. Is there a way to have it not do this?

you can skip the name if you don't track the names of the respondents. Then, you gain "anonymous" in the file name. Not the perfect solution, but until now I didn't found another way.
Pusty94 the only other way to do this is with a flow in Power Automate to rename the file.

Hi RobElliott, sure this is the case when you need to use the option "Anyone can respond". Maybe I should have added that I use the "Only people in my organization can respond" option. Sorry for that.
